About our UV lamp
The strong ultraviolet high-pressure mercury lamp (uv lamp) provided by Romeroca is a lamp shell made of pure quartz glass with a strong violet transmission rate. The ultraviolet radiation wavelength of the lamp is 365nm when it is working. It can be applied to ultraviolet curing machine and various ultraviolet curing light boxes, and is widely used in the curing of photosensitive solder resistance of printed circuit boards, photosensitive character ink, etc. Photosensitive iron printing ink curing, but also PVC plastic decorative board printing ink curing, wood flooring UV paint coating curing, flexible packaging color printing, plastic caps and various workpieces on the photosensitive ink, photosensitive paint and photosensitive resin curing light source, this lamp UV light radiation intensity is high, long life, curing speed of various photosensitive materials, pollution-free, well received by users.
Correct installation and use:
1. Wipe the lamp with ethanol before installation, and then put on clean gloves to hold the lamp.
2. Insert the light tube hole into the booth with the cloth pad, do not let the light tube touch the metal end plate surface, and let the light tube rub into the cloth. The UV lamp with the wiring direction must pay attention to the direction. Otherwise, it will lead to the destruction of the lamp, reduced life or overheating of the lamp surface.
3. The lamp is installed in place, and the lamp holder is placed several times on the booth to see whether the lamp is free, so that there will be no expansion and cracking when the lamp is installed.
4. Sometimes when checking the lamp, remove the UV lamp and observe that there are traces of hand markings on the wall of the lamp, and it cannot be wiped away. This is because when the lamp was installed without gloves, the sweat and dirt on the hand were stuck to the lamp after high temperature carbonization and sintering on the quartz glass crystal. In serious cases, air leakage at the spot makes the lamp scrap.
5. Install or replace the UV lamp, and turn off the power when cleaning the lamp shade, otherwise it will be electric shock.
6. Lamp maintenance should be during the use of UV lamps, at the appropriate time (1 to 2 months) with anhydrous ethanol, gauze to clean the lamp surface and the reflector surface of the reflector, and then rotate the UV lamp 180 ° C. The lampshade reflector has to be replaced after it loses its mirror effect
7. The restart time interval of the UV high-pressure lamp is 6 minutes.
8. At the end of the work, turn off the UV lamp, but the lamp temperature is still very high, and it needs to continue cooling until it reaches room temperature, so the fan should delay working for a period of time and then close.
9. The UV high-pressure lamp is fixed at the magnetic head, and the end lead can not be suspended at the ignition point.
10. Keep the pipe wall clean, especially remove oil stains and dust. Because these substances will seep into the lamp at high temperature on the surface of the tube wall, blocking ultraviolet radiation.
